    the hotel's location was ideal, very close to the 3 main malls, city center, and the center of Erbil. We enjoyed rooms with a view. 3. the staff was really helpful and offered us wake up service and ironing free of charge.

    This hotel provides a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities such as spa and wellness centre, indoor swimming pool and sauna. the staff is friendly and provides top-notch service. the location is very advantageous with a library nearby and several restaurants serving halal food. the heated swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers is perfect for relaxation. the rooms are spacious and come with exclusive advantages such as private facilities.

    There seems to be a minor issue with the bar and lounge area. the snack bar and restaurant offer special diet menus but the bar area seems to lack variety.

    I stayed in the executive room with a sunny side wall as a window. Unfortunately, the outside temperature had a significant impact on the room temperature, and the conditioner didn't work properly. It couldn't decrease the temperature below +27C during the day, making it uncomfortable. in the night, it went down to a cool 20-21C. Despite this issue, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk and in the restaurants and bars. The water pool complex was fantastic, with clean and warm water. The sauna, hamam, and gym were also excellent for relaxation after a long day. the hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city.

    The hotel had great facilities including a gym, swimming pool, and mini-market. The breakfast had a variety of options. Staff were friendly and supportive. Location was ideal for accessing the hospital in the city center.
